Five nights at Octant Praia Verde, a quiet hotel among the pine trees, within walking distance of the beach. You play three courses, including Seve Ballesteros's Quinta do Vale.

How an instruction trip works

A golf holiday, but you come back a better player.

The difference from an ordinary golf trip: Ronald comes along. He already knows your game, or gets to know it that week.

  1. In the morning

    On the range

    Practice with a plan. Ronald works on what you need, in small groups. How much tuition per day

  2. Afterwards

    Out on the course together

    Ronald walks with you and has you show what you learned on the range, now with a real lie and a real decision to make.

  3. Everything else

    Arranged for you

    Flight, hotel, transfers and payment all go through the tour operator. All you have to do is pack your bag.

Do I need to be a member of Golfclub De Haar?

Yes / no

What level do I need?

From which handicap, or with a course permit (baanpermissie, the Dutch certificate you need to play on a course)

Can my partner come if they don't play golf?

Yes / no, and what it costs

Who do I book and pay with?

With the tour operator listed with the trip. They handle the programme, the booking and the payment, and their terms apply. For the Algarve trip that's 3D Golfvakanties, a member of the SGR (the Dutch travel guarantee fund).

I'm travelling alone. Is that possible?

Yes. For the Algarve the single room supplement is € 325. For other trips it's in the programme.
